Democrats dont give a rats ass about illegals or immigration, nor do they care to solve the problem of millions of people sneaking into the country.
They only want to use this issue for political purposes and to serve their own needs.

Republicans are no better, you people need to wake up and realize that the ruling class only cares about their own power

I do have to laugh at the butt hurt hysteria on this thread. The snowflakes are really triggered because Trump's racist cruelty is hurting him. And so they can't answer questions or actually offer anything constructive but they can't just shut the fuck either. So they carry on like my hysterical old grandma.

Who is happy with the emergency at the border?
    No one.

The question is, what to do with the estimated 1 Million people who will be aprehended this year crossing our border ILLEGALLY.

Despicables appear to want to just open the borders and let them in.

Deplorables want people to come here LEGALLY, like the many thousands who migrate here legally each year.

And why should Mexicans and Central Americans have special privilege to enter this country just because they are more geographically adjacent when people all over the world want to come here?

And what about the national security problem of allowing entry to millions of people who are never going to be properly vetted?

The border patrol has been apprehending 100,000 ILLEGAL migrants a month. Annualized thats 1.2 Miilion ILLEGAL migrants.

The border patrol projects 1 Million ILLEGAL migrants will be apprehended this year.

And both Mexico and our border patrol are finding that at least 1% of those trying to enter the country are convicted and previously deported felons, known gang members, sex trafficers, drug cartel members, or on the no fly list.

Do the math. That's about an additional 100,000 known criminals trying to get into the country. People we don't want as Americans.

They are arresting people following the laws to seek asylum to make up those numbers, breaking US laws to make a fat orange buffoon look like he is tough on immigration while the truth is that he had done less about the issue than Obama did.

      Bullshit.
Those arrested have either crossed ILLEGALLY, have a warrant for their arrest, or have been previously been deported which means their crime is a felony.

      Done less?
      Don't think so.

Over half of all agricultural workers in the US are undocumented. They do back breaking, low paying, often SEASONAL work that American citizens simply don't want to do. Until our government comes down HARD on the employers who hire illegal immigrants, they will continue to come. We need comprehensive immigration reform, not a fucking wall.

We need comprehensive immigration reform that includes a fucking wall.

Shooter will again outline his proposal for immigration reform.
    1) take away the incentive to come here ILLEGALLY. Put teeth into penalties for hiring anyone who does not have the legal right to work here. Make e-verifile MANDATORY. imediate deportation for ILLEGAL workers. No free education. Cannot drive, own or rent property.
    2) fix the Visa program. Bond Visas to insure people don't overstay a visa.
    3) applications for immigration or asylum are processed at our embassies overseas. No applications can be initiated in the US. Make the process more transparent with clear requirements for successful immigration/asylum. Speed up the process.
    4) a worker visa program that makes the employer responsible for a visa bond aimed at agriculture. It is not a path to citizenship.
    5) sort out the 11 Million or more people here now ILLEGALLY. If, for example someone has been here several years, has ties to the community, no serious criminal violations, they can pay a fine or do community service and become citizens. If they have been here a short time, have no ties to the US, and felony crimes, deport them. Military service in our military should be an almost automatic path to citizenship.

Dems trying to add ‘radical’ riders shielding illegal immigrants in border bill: GOP sources

House Democrats are trying to overhaul a major border bill by attaching riders that would nullify significant parts of immigration law and protect illegal immigrants who sponsor child migrants, multiple Republican sources told Fox News.

“The actual texts of the proposals they’ve sent have contained provisions that would functionally nullify federal immigration law,” one source familiar with the negotiations told Fox News, calling the riders “very extreme and very radical.”

President Trump requested $4.5 billion in May to help fund agencies combating the escalating humanitarian crisis at the southern border, but the request has been bogged down by negotiations. Democrats have blamed Trump for the crisis and accused the administration of acting cruelly to those seeking asylum, while Republicans have blamed loopholes that allow asylum seekers to be released into the country as claims are processed, and called on Democrats to support closing those loopholes and funding border security.

In particular, Republicans have drawn attention to the use of children as a de facto passport for those seeking to enter the country via the southern border and claimed that children are frequently re-used by those seeking to piggyback off them to gain entry to the U.S. given restrictions on how long those with children can be detained. Former Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said in March that "children are being used as pawns to get into our country."

"We have encountered recycling rings, where innocent young people are used multiple times to help aliens gain illegal entry," she said. Acting DHS Secretary Kevin McAleenan testified this month that “unless you’re a single adult, it is very unlikely you’ll be repatriated.”

But amid negotiations over the latest border bill, a source familiar with the talks told Fox News that riders, submitted in writing by House Democrats, include one that would stop border agents from conducting any asylum interviews. Another controversial rider, according to two GOP sources, would prevent the funds from being used by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to share information on sponsors of child migrants, potential sponsors or their households with DHS.

Republicans say the effect would be to prevent HHS from sharing information about child smugglers and traffickers present in the U.S. with the department responsible for enforcing immigration law.

Another rider allegedly includes language that would require the federal government to prospectively notify illegal immigrants that if they bring an unaccompanied child into the country and sponsor them, their illegal status would in no way be used against them, a source said, and that the child will be delivered to them without any reservation.

“So we’d not only be protecting the child smuggling loop, we’d be advertising the child smuggling loop to illegal aliens throughout the United States who would in turn then be able to have confidence they could pay a smuggler in a transnational criminal organization to smuggle a child into the country that we would then tell them we would deliver to them regardless of the law breaking involved,” the source said.

Democrats on the committee acknowledged to Fox News that there are “active discussions about a supplemental appropriations bill to address the humanitarian crisis President Trump has helped create at the border” but brushed off claims that such proposals would assist child smuggling as "absurd."

“Given the Trump administration’s terrible track record on immigration policy, House Democrats refuse to give President Trump a blank check and are insisting on policy provisions that protect the rights and dignity of migrants,” Evan Hollander, spokesman for Appropriations Committee Democrats, told Fox News.

“These provisions strengthen the wellbeing of children and families, and claims they would affect child smuggling are absurd and false,” he said.

Another one of the riders, a source said, would nullify the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) by stripping funding for the appropriate section of the U.S. code. Those protocols say that illegal immigrants can be returned to Mexico while their immigration proceedings are held.

One Republican told Fox News that it was a sign of how far left the Democrats in the House had moved, and accused them of engaging in “make-believe” government.

The negotiations come amid an ever-increasing flow across the border from Central America. Customs and Border Protection said that it encountered more than 144,000 migrants at the border in May, a 30 percent increase from the prior month and double the influx recorded at the beginning of the year.

Trump announced this month that he had secured a deal with Mexico that would see the country take tougher measures on illegal immigration in exchange for the U.S. dropping planned tariffs. Part of that deal includes the U.S. expanding the policy of returning asylum applicants to Mexico while their claims are processed. According to a joint declaration issued by the State Department, Mexico will take “unprecedented steps to increase enforcement to curb irregular migration, to include the deployment of its National Guard throughout Mexico, giving priority to its southern border.”

Meanwhile, in the Senate, Republicans are attempting to push forward with a vote. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said on “Fox & Friends” Monday that he intends to push forward with a freestanding vote on a measure focusing on the humanitarian issues, not the border wall.

"I think it's safe to say the president is getting more cooperation out of Mexico than he is out of congressional Democrats," said McConnell.

Democrat Nancy Pelosi Rejects Bipartisan Border Bill Amid Crisis

Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi rejected a bipartisan border bill on Wednesday that overwhelmingly passed the Senate and comes as the United States is facing a crisis on the southern border.

The Washington Times reports that Pelosi "will demand changes to limit how long children can be held in some facilities" and "will insist on more money to pay the communities that illegal immigrant families are being dumped into, and will demand a new method of processing migrants when they arrive at the border 'which is culturally, linguistically and religiously appropriate.'"

The $4.6 billion border bill, which passed 84-8 on Wednesday, included "$2.88 billion for Health and Human Services to provide safe shelter and care for children in custody; $1.1 billion for Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to establish migrant care and processing facilities; $220 million for the Justice Department to help process immigration cases and provide resources to U.S. Marshals Service for care and detention of federal detainees; $145 million for branches of U.S. military for missions along the border," according to CBS News.

The Times further noted the bill that the Senate passed, while similar in the amount of money that is provided to help fix the problem at the border, differs in how the money would be spent.

"The federal Health Department, charged with caring for Unaccompanied Alien Children, gets a majority of money in each bill," the Times noted. "But border authorities, the Pentagon and deportation officers get money in the Senate bill that’s absent from the House version. And while both bills contain some restrictions on how the money can be spent, the House version contains many more."

The Times added that the provisions were added to appease the far-left wing of the Democratic Party.

The Hill noted that far-left Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NT), Ilhan Omar (MN), Ayanna Pressley (MA), and Rashida Tlaib (MI) voted against the Democrat-controlled House's $4.5 billion border bill on Tuesday evening.

And ironically enough the Trump Organization also took advantage of and exploited undocumented migrants for decades. Until they got exposed. And of course nothing is going to happen to them.

But in this case most of these migrants are not really coming to find work. They are coming to escape violence but more importantly they are facing starvation in many areas where global warming/climate change has wiped out agriculture.

Also the way we know this is actually a racist based issue is that the solution is just so simple. In many cases migrants perform jobs that Americans can't or won't do. So we need them. And all we have to do is create a work permit program where they can come here and work legally. We could even limit it to specific industries and/or jobs.

That way they could work legally, be protected by our labor laws, pay taxes, and contribute to our country without becoming citizens.

And that is just so simple there is only one reason it hasn't already been done. Which is most the people that would apply for those permits are brown and black and the racists just don't want them here. You know unless they can personally profit from them like Trump did.
